How to Apply

1. Start your application through Studielink, the online application and registration service for Dutch universities. If you live in the Netherlands, you can apply with your DigiD. If you live abroad, you need to set up a Studielink account.
2. Once you have applied, you will receive a confirmation within a few working days. This email contains the enrolment conditions you need to meet. In Studielink you can check the progress of your application, but also change your application or data.
3. You will be requested to send a copy of your passport or ID card to the student administration within five days. If you do not do this, we will cancel your application. Please note that we do not send you a reminder!

You need to provide the following documents:

• Diploma and grade list (or expected results if not yet obtained official documents) in Dutch, German or English (or an official translation)
• A passport sized photograph
• If applicable: a copy of both sides of your Dutch visa
• If married to a Dutch citizen: a copy of your partner's passport/ID card

Document requirements

1. The documents need to be PDF or Word.
2. Photos need to be JPEGs.
3. Label the documents correctly: Surname, first name, student number, name of document (e.g. Smith, John, 111222, diploma and grade list).
4. Try to send or upload all documents at the same time.

You arrange the payment of your tuition fees via a digital authorization in Studielink. If you register early in the academic year, you will receive a notification as soon as payment is possible. When you apply later in the year, immediate payment is possible.

The Matching Day is designed to help you determine whether International Business is the right choice for you and meets your expectations. It is not compulsory, but it is a good way to clear up any doubts you might have.

After you have applied to Windesheim, you are invited to an (online) Matching Day. The day could involve attending an interview with a representative of the programme, taking part in a taster session and/or completing a digital questionnaire.

Do you have doubts about your study choice? Do not hesitate to contact us. We will then schedule a telephone or online call.

2. As part of your application, please upload a copy of your passport or ID card via the Studielink portal within 5 days. If applicable: also upload a copy of both sides of your Dutch visa and residence card. These documents are needed to process your application. 
3. Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of this via email within a few working days. This email explains the enrolment conditions. In Studielink you can follow the progress of your application and update your details if needed.
4. Within two weeks, you will receive an email from the admissions team with instructions for the next step of your application to the programme.

Online form

After registering in Studielink, you will receive an email with a link to an online application form for this programme. In this form, you can upload the required documents and share your 'get to know you' personal motivational statement with us.

The form also gives you space to write why you want to study Global Project and Change Management and how it aligns with your ambitions, interests and goals (approx. 300 words). You may reflect on questions such as:

• Why would you like to study Global Project and Change Management?
• What kind of subjects are you interested in, and what makes them interesting to you?
• Do you have an idea of what you would like to do after you graduate?

There are no right or wrong answers here. We are just interested in getting to know you.

Upload your documents

After completing the online form, you can upload the following documents. This helps us to get a complete picture of your background and interests. 

• Your diploma and grade list in Dutch, German or English (or an official translation). A pass in English is required. If you have not yet graduated, you are welcome to upload your grades from the last two years. Please check the requirements.
• A passport sized photograph
• Your Curriculum Vitae in English

After we have reviewed your application, we will invite you to an intake conversation within two weeks.

This meeting is a great opportunity for you to share your motivation for studying Global Project and Change Management and to explore whether the programme is the right fit for you. It’s also your chance to ask any questions you may have about the study. At the same time, we look forward to telling you more about us and what you can expect over the next four years.

These conversations take place between February and June. 

After the intake conversation, we will review your whole application and let you know within a week if you can join the study.

Is my diploma accepted?

You can easily check whether you meet our English language requirements here. 

What is the application deadline?
The final deadlines are 1 May for applicants from non-EU/EEA countries and 15 June for applicants from EU/EEA countries. We warmly encourage you to apply early.

What's the difference between accepted and conditionally accepted?
A conditional acceptance means you are offered a place on the condition that you still need to provide specific documents or meet certain requirements before you can start the programme. This may include, for example, proof of graduation (your diploma) or proof that you meet the required English level.

If the conditions are not met before 1 August, the offer will expire and you will not be able to start the programme. Exception: Applicants following a UK education programme have until 20 August, as A-level results are released later.
