The jury commentary
"Nynke, your well-designed research was focused on the soft sides of a change process in an organisation and based on that research you developed a clear and well-focused advisory report on the change management process of the sales department within your internship organisation. With your research, you demonstrated that and how organisational culture and leadership style are essential elements in involving people in change processes."

"And the number 1 prize is for Helene, your research was about “Best Practices of Impact Accelerators in Europe”. With your research, you help the project manager to look outside his or her own practices by identifying and describing in depth the best practices of Impact accelerators in Europe. You did in-depth interviews with project managers of different impact accelerators across Europe and compared the different practices based on effectivity and efficiency. Based on the results of the research, you developed a “best practices report” with innovative ideas which project managers in this sector can use to assess and improve their projects. The jury was impressed by the rigour of the research approach and the well-structured and well written professional product that was produced based on the research."
